An open budget meeting of Lamatasi Union Parishad of Bahubal Upazila for the financial year 2020-2021 has been held. The budget meeting was held on May 28 at 2 pm in the meeting room of the Union Parishad.
Capture potential income in the budget 
2 crore 24 lakh 52 thousand 3 hundred and six rupees and the probable cost has been estimated at 2 crore 20 lakh 82 thousand 8 hundred and eight rupees. ি
The budget places special emphasis on education, health, agriculture and disaster management.
Bahubal Upazila Nirbahi Officer Snigdha Talukder was present as the chief guest at the budget meeting chaired by UP Chairman Habibur Rahman Tenu and conducted by Union Digital Center Entrepreneur Jahangir Alam.
Union Secretary Rantu Kumar Roy, Bir Muktijoddha Dr Abul Hossain, Lamatasi Union Awami League President and former UP member Lutfur Rahman Ful Mia, all members of the union and dignitaries of the area were present.
